Our Mission
The Learning Cove is a homeschool enrichment program that exists to empower families to cultivate a joyful, curiosity-driven education, that celebrates each child’s unique journey. By fostering a supportive community and honoring autonomy, we provide a structured yet open space for learning that reflects the limitless ways to explore the world.
Family Involvement
Community is such a pillar in our homeschool community and we encourage parent involvement and participation. From extra hands in art class, companions on park days and everything in between, we plan to provide numerous opportunities for parents to be as involved as they'd like to be in The Learning Cove community.
About the Classes
This academic year will offer classes focusing on grades K-8.
The classes are kept to a maximum of 12 students.
Students are aligned on academic ability and are placed according to the curriculum rather than their age or grade level.
Each grade will have its own designated classroom space which will be set up for the duration of our academic year.
While our facility does not have a dedicated outdoor space, we're pleased to share that we're a short four-minute walk to Veteran's Park in Redondo Beach. We plan to take advantage of this nearby park frequently for outdoor activities.
