Mondays
The week kicks off with a dynamic mix of STEM, strategy, and language. Kids explore hands-on experiments that turn curiosity into discovery, build critical thinking and emotional awareness in Bright Knights, and gain confidence through fun, interactive Spanish conversation.
STEM Learning
Where hands-on experiments turn "how?" into "wow!" Through creative problem-solving focuses on bridging the gap between classroom concepts and real-world problem-solving through hands-on, inquiry-based projects.
Bright Knights
An immersive adventure program that uses imaginative role-playing to guide children through a "hero’s journey". Through these missions, students develop vital life skills while collaborating to solve mysteries and overcome challenges.
Spanish immersion
Children build linguistic confidence and cultural curiosity by practicing everyday vocabulary and phrases through interactive games, songs, and peer-to-peer dialogue.
Tuesday and Thursday
Tuesdays and Thursdays at The Learning Cove focus on core academic subjects. Students strengthen their foundational knowledge across Math, Language Arts, History, and Science, turning complex concepts into clear understanding. Our amazing certified teaching staff leverages our small class sizes, a 10:1 ratio, to provide individualized focus on every child's specific needs and learning style which gives them the tools needed to navigate the world with confidence.
TK - K
In our TK and Kindergarten classrooms, core subjects are transformed into a vibrant, play-based adventure where foundational math and literacy skills are discovered through hands-on exploration, tactile tools, and interactive storytelling.
First - Second
For students in 1st through 2nd grade, core curriculum sessions transition into a collaborative, inquiry-driven environment where academic fundamentals are mastered through hands-on projects, critical thinking challenges, and real-world applications.
Third - Fifth
For our 3th through 5th grade kiddos, core curriculum sessions evolve into a dynamic, inquiry-based environment where students master advanced concepts through independent research, complex multi-step problem-solving, and collaborative debate.
Wednesday
Wednesdays at The Learning Cove combines creativity & life skills. The day includes an energizing mix of Yoga and PE followed by further immersion in our Spanish language program and Art. Our special enrichment rotations provide hands-on experience in cooking and practical lessons on saving and investing. This midweek schedule helps students grow in a well-rounded way.
Yoga & PE
We integrate yoga and physical education into our program to support both body and mind. Through movement, stretching, and guided activities, students build strength, coordination, and focus while learning the importance of wellness and self-care.
Art & Spanish
Students engage in art and Spanish as part of the schedule on Wednesdays. Art encourages creativity and expression, while Spanish builds vocabulary and conversational skills through interactive practice.
Cooking & Investments
Cooking & Kids Money Academy rotate into our Wednesday schedule. Kiddos explore fun recipes in cooking class & also have the opportunity to learn about budgeting, planning, and making practical choices around money.
